Statewide Impact
• Expand statewide-focused partnerships and community outreach
• Strengthen engagement with the Florida College System
• Increase fellowship and mentoring opportunities
• Enhancing our annual anchor events (State of the Beaches Symposium, Grand Debate Competition, and Student-Led Policy Conference)
Collaboration
• Deepen collaboration across the Florida College System
• Build and strengthen partnerships
• Collaborate with statewide organizations, including the Association of Florida Colleges (AFC), International City/County Management Association (ICMA), chambers of commerce, nonprofits, and university partners
Elevating Participation
• Bolster impact by engaging students, nonprofits, businesses, and donors through expanded media outreach, targeted marketing, and public relations efforts
• Maintaining 100% Board giving and secure annual partners
• Emphasizing high-quality video content to expand the mission of ISPS
