Kimberly G. Jackson, Esq.
Executive Director
Kimberly is a native of Crete, Illinois. She has her B.A. from Spelman College in Political Science, J.D. from Stetson University College of Law, and MIPP from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Sciences, (SAIS). She practiced trial law locally in St. Petersburg and gained a passion for nonprofit advocacy with family-oriented agencies.

Tim graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and earned his Associate Degree from St. Petersburg Junior College. Tim and his wife Mary have been married for 29 years. They have two adult children. Tim enjoys traveling with his family and exploring new places. He also enjoys the outdoors and watching the Tampa Bay Rays.

Matthew Lee
Marketing and Communications Manager
Matthew Lee is a Florida native, born and raised in St. Petersburg. He is an alumni of St. Petersburg College where he received his Associate in Science in Digital Media Video Production. Mr. Lee also attended the University of South Florida where he acquired his Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Communication and Multimedia Journalism.

Aron Bryce, MSL
Florida Statewide College Coordinator
Aron holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Policy & Administration from St. Petersburg College, and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University. In his current role at the Institute for Strategic Policy Solutions (ISPS), Aron coordinates programs that address critical issues such as economic development, workforce initiatives, and civic and community engagement.

Michael Ballard
Student Fellow
Michael Ballard is an SPC Alumni originally from San Jose, California, before transitioning to live in Florida 9 years ago. Mr. Ballard served as Senator and Executive Historian for the Seminole Campus Student Government Association. He also completed the Leadership Capstone Training Program and made the All-Academic Team in Student Government.

Richard Bladykas
Student Fellow
Richard Bladykas is from Largo, Florida. He graduated from the University of South Florida in 2023 and earned his Master of Arts in Political Science. He hopes to contribute to ISPS’s non-partisan mission of engaging with and educating Florida citizens on public policy, the environment, and the economy.

Morgan Labita
Student Fellow
Morgan is an SPC alumni and current USF student pursuing his Bachelor’s of Arts in International Studies. Morgan is a Marine Corps veteran who hopes to expand his service by contributing to veteran’s advocacy throughout the Florida college system. He also is a member of the Future Strategist Program at the Global and National Security Institute (GNSI).

Helena Panuthos
Student Fellow
Helena Panuthos is a fourth-year student at the University of Florida, studying Economics with a minor is History. She is interested in economic policy development, especially as it relates to agriculture and technology. She joined the Institute for Strategic Policy Solutions as a fellow, to engage with the community and the local government, and is excited to contribute to the Institute’s mission.
